Terms, privacy and disclaimers

Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy The Cash Course or a licence to the Adam Consulting system ("the system") from Qail Adam, trading as Adam Consulting ("we", "us"). By paying, you agree to them.

What you buy

• The Cash Course, US$69, paid once. Lifetime access to the course modules, worksheets and exercises in our members' classroom on Skool, the members' community, and the weekly live call while we run it. Lifetime means for as long as we operate the course.
• The system, US$1,599 per year. A personal, non-transferable annual licence to use the hosted system for your own clients, on the terms in the system licence below. Sold after an application and a call; we send the terms and a payment link after the call.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country charges you. Payment is taken by our payment providers (for the course, Skool). Founding prices may change for new buyers; they never change for what you've already bought.

Changes to the course

We update and add to the course over time. We may reorganise modules, but we won't remove the core material you bought.

Our liability

The course and the system are provided as education and software. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss of income, clients, profit or opportunity, or for decisions you or your clients make. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that can't be excluded.

No refunds

All sales are final. Your access to the course and to the system starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so we don't offer refunds.

If you're in the EU, the UK or another country with a cooling-off right for online purchases: by buying, you ask for access to start immediately, and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel once access has started. If access hasn't started (for example, a system account we haven't set up yet), contact us and we'll deal with it under the law that applies to you.

If something we sold you doesn't work as described, write to us and we'll fix it.

System licence

• You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the hosted system for your own clients. You don't get the system's files or source.
• You may brand the documents the system produces with your own firm's name, logo and details. You may not resell, sub-license, share your login, copy the library in bulk, or present the system itself as your own product.
• One login per licence. We may suspend an account that's shared or used to copy the library.
• The licence runs for 12 months and renews each year at the same price as a standard software licence. If you don't renew, your account becomes read-only and you can export your own client files for 30 days; after that your access ends.
• Templates and documents in the system are starting points. You adapt them to your client, your country and the law, and take your own advice where needed.

Earnings disclaimer

We make no promise or statement about what you will earn. Any prices mentioned in the course are examples of what services are priced at in the market, not a prediction of your income. Results depend on you, your clients, your market, your pricing, your country's rules and the work you put in. Many people who buy courses earn nothing from them. Lifestyle content on our social channels shows that our own work is done remotely; it is not evidence of what you will earn.

Not financial, tax, legal or investment advice

The course is education and the system is software. Neither is financial, tax, legal or investment advice to you or to your clients. Some services discussed in the course are licensed or registered activities in some countries (for example advice on financial products, tax advice for a fee in some countries, or acting for clients with buyers and investors). You are responsible for holding any licence or registration your work requires where you operate.

Privacy

We collect what you send us when you apply, book a call or buy: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, Instagram handle and your answers. We use it to assess your application, arrange and hold your call, give you access to what you bought, and contact you about it. We don't sell it.

We use these services to do that: Tally (forms), Google (storing applications), Cal.com (bookings), Skool (the course and payments), ManyChat (Instagram messages) and Cloudflare (hosting this site). They process your data on our behalf under their own terms.

We keep application data for up to two years after our last contact with you, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
