Corporate finance work, from anywhere.
The Cash Course (US$69) teaches you the work businesses pay finance firms for: cash flow, forecasting, valuation, tax structures and deals. Then it shows you how to sell it, and gives you the documents to deliver it under your own name.

Week 8: the money runs out. Cash, as in cash flow. Owners pay for this document because it tells them the week before it happens. You build one in Module 3.
Three ways people try to earn on their own
Two of them are traps. One takes years and stops at the theory. The other is quick to start, so everyone starts, and the margin goes to zero.

The system, under your name
The course teaches the work. The system does the paperwork. It's the practice system the course is built on, hosted for you: log in, put your firm's name and branding on it in Settings, and every proposal, letter and report goes out as yours.
Services, each with its engagement letter, client intake, step-by-step process and report template.
Jurisdictions in the tax engine, each rate with its source and date.
Login. Hosted for you, licensed for your own clients, not for resale.
Hosted access opens in stages to founding members. We confirm your date on your call.
Where the line is
Most of this work isn't licensed. Some of it is, and it depends on your country. The course starts here, because the honest answer is the one that keeps you in business.
Open to you in most countries
- Valuations and forecasts
- 13-week cash flows and management reports
- Business plans and financial model reviews
- Preparing a business for sale or investment
- Due diligence research on companies and people
Licensed or registered in most places
- Advice on investments and financial products
- Tax advice for a fee, in some countries
- Approaching buyers or investors on a client's behalf
- Acting as a director or trustee, or holding client money
- Calling yourself an accountant or auditor
The system is built the way established firms work: you design, analyse and manage, and a licensed partner carries out the part the law reserves. This is a summary, not legal advice. Module 0 goes country by country.

Who it's for
For you if
- You're comfortable with numbers, or willing to get comfortable.
- You can put in eight to ten hours a week.
- You want a real skill you can sell, not a trick that works until everyone copies it.
Not for you if
- You want passive income or a guaranteed result.
- You want to give investment advice without the licence for it.
- You'd need to borrow money to pay for it.
Questions
Do I need a finance degree?
No. Module 1 starts at reading a balance sheet. What you need is the patience to sit with numbers a few hours a week.
Will I make money from this?
No one honest can promise that, and we don't. What you earn depends on your clients, your prices, your country's rules and your work. The course teaches the skills and how to sell them; it doesn't supply clients.
Is this financial advice? Do I need a licence?
The course is education and the system is software. Neither is advice to you or your clients. Much consulting work needs no licence; some does, depending on where you live. Module 0 shows where the line is before you sell anything.
How long does it take?
About twelve weeks at eight to ten hours a week, then at your own pace. Modules are released weekly to founding members.
Can I get a refund?
No. Access to the course and the system starts as soon as you pay, so all sales are final. At checkout you confirm that access starts immediately and that you give up any right to cancel once it has. Read the terms before you buy.
Can I resell or white-label the system?
No. You brand your own documents and use the system for your own clients. The system itself stays with Adam Consulting.
Where is it run from?
Online. The course lives in a members' classroom, the community meets online, and the weekly call is on video. Qail runs it remotely, which is the point: none of this work needs an office.
Apply for the system
The system is licensed to people who'll use it, so we talk first. The application takes about two minutes, and Qail reads every one.
